Your donations help us to rent outdoor education facilities, buy equipment and supplies needed for workshops, and help to fund participant scholarships. Sponsorships are a wonderful way to help support our mission. Since 1998….WOW has been an educational outreach program of the Washington Wildlife Federation and is honored to have additional support from several national, regional, and local sponsors. Their contributions are a key component to WOW’s continued growth and success.
Product donations to Washington Outdoor Women play a crucial role in enhancing our programs and supporting participants. By contributing gear, equipment, or supplies, donors not only help facilitate meaningful learning experiences but also strengthen their brand visibility within the outdoor community. Partnering with us through donations showcases a commitment to empowering women in nature, aligning your values with our mission while reaching an engaged audience.
In-kind services and other workshop support have included donated gift cards, retail coupons, book discounts, and reduced rates on services. Together, we can inspire and equip more women to embrace outdoor adventures, making a lasting impact on the environment and the community.
Make a contribution to the WOW Scholarship Fund and provide financial assistance to a first-time participant. Each year WOW offers partial scholarships for the Fall Weekend Workshop to women who apply with a need for help. Participants are usually required to pay for 25% of the workshop fee and the scholarship funds cover the remaining cost. Your contribution is tax deductible.
